Sept. 14 - Some of the HFRA members had the opportunity to meet Honorary Member Chandler Brainard (far right), when he visited Hamden this past week. Chan, a former Hamden resident, lives in Signal Hill, CA. His extraordinary collection of fire department photos and memorabilia contains a great number of Hamden Fire Department items collected over the past 60+ years.
