The HFRA congratulates Lieutenant Joe Anderson, Lieutenant Brian Bird, Captain Rich Otlowski, and Captain Greg Bannon on their recent promotions. A swearing-in ceremony was held on Thursday, December 9th at the Hamden Elk's Hall.
Many HFRA members were already retired when even the most senior of these gentleman was appointed. But together they represent a total of 52 years of service. We wish them all the very best in their new responsibilities. Be safe!
